Our new address is: 133 Main Street, Epping, NH 03042.
We will continue to provide telehealth for those who are interested, but we’re pretty excited to start seeing people in-person again!
Our process begins with a form.
OUR PROCESS – The first step of our process is to fill out the form that applies to you or your child.
- Elementary Clients
- Middle School Clients
- High School Clients
- College Clients
- Post-Grad and Adult Clients
Once we receive your form, we will reach out via email or by phone to learn more about what you’re looking for and to schedule the initial appointment.
During your first 60-90 minute visit, we will utilize interviews, clinical observations, and dynamic assessments to guide us as we plan treatment. Depending on your treatment focus, we may decide to meet in a small group, choose to work individually, or focus our efforts on consultation to your family and/or school team members.
OUR SERVICE DELIVERY – The frequency and duration of services is based on client motivation and need. Opportunities include:
- 1:1 Coaching
- Small Group Coaching
- Parent Coaching
- Consultation with other team members
*Please know that our coaching model, does not stop when a session is over. We remain a part of your day-to-day life with check-ins via text or email throughout the days in between appointments. We find that this is important to ensure success, especially in the early stages. When we make a plan in the clinic, we want to be sure we’re available when/if the plan needs to change later in the week!
OUR INSURANCE/PAYMENT POLICY – We are not enrolled as “in-network” with any insurances. This means that you will be responsible for the “out-of-pocket” payment for each session.
After payment is received for each session, we will provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance company. This DOES NOT MEAN that we accept your insurance. It only means that we are committed to helping you get any and all reimbursement that you are eligible for from your insurance company.
